I saw this blurb from Oprah.com posted on CNN the other day, and I thought it was interesting… and I happen to find it to be very true…. :)
Pull out a photo album. A survey conducted by a British psychologist queried subjects about their mood before and after they ate chocolate, drank wine, listened to music, and gazed at photos of loved ones. Only the photos gave a noticeable lift—an 11 percent improvement.
So, if you had a *not so great day* today, go pull out an old photo album… and hey, it probably won’t hurt to pair that with the glass of wine, a little chocolate, and some good music :)
